Staff is very efficient and especially helpful. A nice size and well-kept rooms come with a bedroom, pull-out couch, plus couch. The location is convenient and stunning, just off central Dallas, Galleria, and American Girl.

Free breakfast and happy hour drinks were a plus

The bed was not very comfortable and the AC I believe was regulated as I put mine on 60 and woke up in the middle of the night several times both nights quite hot.

The hotel is well-appointed with attentive personnel who respond within minutes of our request. The location is comfy and stunning, just off Denton, close to the mall, shopping areas, and restaurants.

We appreciated the hotel and Dallas, had 1 good day there. We stayed in suite with complimentary wi-fi, everything was outstanding.

This venue was exceptionally clean and had a special charm, my suite and all amenities were spotless, it's situated in a fantastic location, right by the Galleria shopping center.

The bed is very comfortable and the room size is excellent. The service complimentary drinks and snacks is great.

They do the housekeeping service very early (8:00 am). By not able to do because I was still in the room, they did not all day.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Dallas. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the property were very friendly and responsive to our requests. Dallas Love Field airport was only a 17-minute drive away.

Breakfast was very good. Oatmeal and potatoes were exceptional. Everything was very fresh.

Cleanliness is a big deal for me. There was hair from previous guests on the bathroom counter. Bottles of shampoo had obviously been refilled. The toilet in our bathroom would run everytime the guests next door flushed theirs. Vents in bathroom very dirty, faucet was crooked. You can hear the other guests in the Lobby from the 4th floor. Not worth the $119.

Excellent location for traveling to Dallas, within walking distance to a large shopping mall and other shopping options. Rooms are updated, well-kept, and equipped with private bathrooms, microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a refrigerator.

your manager lounge reception is ridiculous. You need to limit to 2 drinks. I was there 4 four nights and saw nothing but over serving to a bunch of drunks. I saw guest being poor 8 drinks and more. The hotel will eventually have a huge liability issue. During the weekday, as a business visitor, I need a quick breakfast. Having to stand in line for a cooked egg is ridiculous. Tue, Wed, and Thurs there were 10 ppl in line and it took 5 minutes per person. Do the math - this stupid. Then on Friday finally eggs are in a warmer for quick service. I will not stay again if I can't get a quick breakfast during my business trip. I can not spend 30 minutes plus waiting in line while your GM and Engineer stand on watching and not helping your breakfast staff. what a joke.

The room here is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is fairly clean, and the location is stunning, with a shuttle provided to nearby attractions, alongside the option for early check-in and late check-out.

The housekeeping staff knocking and immediately opening door, each day. Not giving you a chance to even say anything. No ice makers. Breakfast too short through the week.needs to last until 10am atleast.WALLS TOO THIN..could hear noise down stairs until late at night and neighbor next door on the phone.
